Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 13 August 2026

SalesRelay sends messages to real people — solicitors, buyers and sellers — on your behalf. This policy protects them, you, and the deliverability of everyone’s email.

You must not

  • Upload contact details you have no lawful basis to share with us.
  • Use SalesRelay to send marketing of any kind. It is for transaction coordination only.
  • Add transactions that do not exist, or use the platform to pressure or harass a participant.
  • Attempt to access another organisation’s data, probe or scan the platform, or bypass access controls.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service without a written agreement.
  • Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory.

Messaging conduct

The chase engine is deliberately restrained: it respects promised dates, escalates on a defined ladder, and only sends on working days. Do not attempt to circumvent these controls to increase message frequency. Recipients can ask to be contacted less often or by another route, and we will honour that.

Security research

We welcome good-faith security reports. Email hello@salesrelay.uk with details before disclosing publicly, do not access data that is not yours, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue. We will not pursue researchers who follow those rules.

Enforcement

We may suspend an account that breaches this policy. For serious breaches — unlawful use, harassment, or attacks on the platform — we may suspend immediately and without notice.
